The Ring Taylor was wearing in the picture she tweeted is by a company called Cathy Waterman, which is actually who Ashley and Claire work with. The company finds and showcases jewelry so that it can be sold. I feel like Taylor was being a model for one of the fine pieces. I thought it was kind of odd she purposefully put her hand in the picture. Now we know why ;)
